1. General Terms

By accessing and using the NuruNest Spa & Massage website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, guests, and users of our website and services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. NuruNest reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By entering our premises or booking a session, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. We reserve the right to verify age through valid government-issued identification. If you are found to be under 18, your session will be terminated immediately without refund.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or walk-in. We recommend advance booking to secure your preferred time and therapist. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Payment

We accept cash and major digital payment methods including UPI, Google Pay, and PhonePe. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full before or immediately after the service. We do not offer credit facilities.

5. Conduct

All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward our staff and other guests. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or violation of our policies will result in immediate termination of the session without refund. NuruNest reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

6. Health Disclaimer

Our massage services are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have any health conditions, injuries, or concerns, you must inform us before your session. Our therapists are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. Guests with serious health conditions should consult their doctor before booking a massage.

7. Limitation of Liability

NuruNest Spa & Massage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged on our premises.

8. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. All personal information collected during booking and service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your visit details and session information are kept strictly confidential and are never shared with third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of NuruNest Spa & Massage. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
